Mira at Humble Hostess is absolutely incredible! I could not recommend her enough. My husband and I were trying to plan a wedding long-distance and on a tight budget. We weren’t even sure if we could make a traditional wedding work, but Mira is a miracle worker. Every suggestion for our venue, catering, desserts, etc. was so affordable and great quality. I truly could not have found these places on my own without her expertise and experience. She even made our STUNNING bouquets saving us hundreds of dollars. Her rehearsal and day-of coordinating was seamless. Throughout the entire process, she kept us calm and worked through every situation with great professionalism. She truly knows how to make a wedding work on a budget and make it look gorgeous. Our wedding was perfect in every way. So many people have been saying it couldn’t have been any better. Everything went smoothly and it was gorgeous. Mira was a huge answer to prayer. I cannot recommend her enough. She will help you create the wedding of your dreams without breaking the bank. Truly an amazing human being and service!
Mira was extremely pleasant from the first consultation to the end of the night on our big day. She kept the event flowing and had great foresight that allowed us to keep the night moving forward without any issues. We were particularly impressed when she made suggestions for our "table tap" activity. She saw that the space between the tables was small and could have created a hazard for us trying to run between them. She suggested that we stand on the dance floor in the center of the reception and then each table would come to us for a photo. These turned out amazing (and we think potentially better than the "table tap" since it got our guests more "actively" engaged. We also chose to add on a charcuterie option that her associate put together. It looked amazing and was delicious. Definitely would recommend Mira & the Humble Hostess for any event that needs coordinating.
I had the pleasure of working with Mira @ Humble Hostess when planning my daughter's quinceanera. Mira made the planning of our event so smooth and easy. On the day of the event, Mira was present to make sure that all of the vendors showed up, were set up on time and the entire event was ready to go by the time guests were set to arrive. We had forgotten a few small items that I normally would not have thought of, and without hesitation, Mira volunteered to go pick them up at the store (its those little things that count). Our event went on without hitch...We knew nothing about any of our vendors. All of our vendors were chosen by Humble Hostess and they were EXCELLENT! I fully trust and highly recommend Humble Hostess with any planning needs.
Mira is the best! As a DIY bride, a day of coordinator is a must. She helped our day go smoothly and stay on schedule. I really appreciate everything she did for us. Just a few things she did were help us save money on flowers by moving them from the ceremony to reception, turn on our many tea light candles, brought the groom and I food and drinks, took some photos, and so so so much more. I loved that she helped direct everyone during the rehearsal and wedding day. Thank you Mira!!!
We're so glad that we hired Evan to bartend at our wedding. He went above and beyond, and was shaking signature cocktails for our 75 guests all night long. We were going for a fancy, elegant event and Evan's personality and professionalism definitely added to the vibe. I would 100% recommend Evan's bartending services (and Humble Hostess in general since they were so easy to communicate with leading up to the event).

Mira arrived right on time, brought everything she needed, set up the most gorgeous, intricate, and delicious grazing table for our wedding rehearsal bbq, and finished up right when she said she would.
